Since 1993.
Absolutely. I carry both liability and workers' compensation insurance. While accidents are unlikely, a homeowner is protected from any property damage or injuries to Prestige Painting employees that occur during a job. Do not ever assume a contractor has insurance unless you see proof. I expect my customers to ask me for an insurance certificate. I am always happy to provide one. After all, that is the reason I pay the premiums.
Unless a customer insists on another brand, I use and believe in the durability of Sherwin-Williams, PPG, and Benjamin Moore products.
Yes, every day, to ensure the highest quality of work.
My customers are primarily homeowners in the South Hills. I do some commercial work as well. I do not typically do new construction.
No, all workers are Prestige Painting employees. All employees have an extensive background check before hiring.
Depending on the size of the job, I will give you an estimate that will usually not vary more than one day. Unless the weather dictates otherwise, you can be sure that we will finish your job before moving on to the next.
A small deposit, about 10%, is required at the time you accept the proposal. This will ensure a tentative scheduling date. The balance will be due upon completion of the work and when you are completely satisfied.
All work is guaranteed not to peel, crack, or chip for 3 years. Under normal conditions, you can feel confident that a Prestige Painting job will last many more years.
